Hi! In the summer of'95 I was in London and ran across "Jane Asher Magazine" quite by happy accident. It was a mid-brow Martha Stewart/Good Housekeeping magazine on the homely (as in the British usage, menaing "homey" arts. There was a pronounced emphasis on food, and her cakes, of course. There was a celebrity feature starring Jeremy Irons visiting with Jane. They met on "Brideshead Revisited" back in the 80s. I'm afraid Jane baked him a cake in the shape of an ironing board with an iron and shirt on it, which was pretty tacky.

I scoured newsagents in October '96 for an issue, but never found one, so I don't know if it's still publishing.

Cheers
